Simonds High School Student Job/Opportunities Fair

If you’re looking for talent, The Work Room invites employers and organizations to take part in the Simonds High School Student Job/Opportunities Fair on October 15. This event connects over 500 students with more than 25 exhibitors offering part-time, seasonal, and volunteer opportunities.



Saint John Tech Sector Job Fair

Envision Saint John, in collaboration with TechImpact, presents the Saint John Region Tech Job Fair on November 27. This event is a great opportunity for employers to showcase their openings in the tech sector and connect with skilled professionals in the region.



Development Opportunities

Immigration & Workforce Development Session

Hosted by the New Brunswick Multicultural Council, this special employer-focused event helps organizations discover the immense value immigrant professionals bring to the province’s workforce. Attendees will explore recruitment and retention strategies across sectors like healthcare, tech, and tourism.

The Pathways to Belonging Summit brings together frontline staff, community organizations, and sector leaders to share best practices, strengthen partnerships, and build more welcoming communities for newcomers.

Tradeswomen Summit

MAP Strategic Workforce Services, in partnership with the Government of Canada, is hosting a Tradeswomen Summit on November 6 in Saint John. This event supports tradeswomen and employers through a morning of learning, networking, and empowerment — with sessions addressing training access, workplace inclusion, and leadership opportunities.
