Qualifying Projects
To qualify for funding under Digital Boost 3.0, projects must focus on enhancing a business’s digital capabilities in one or more of the following areas: data, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence (AI). Projects must be led by a Digital Boost 3.0 Solution Provider and follow a two-phase process: Assessment and Implementation.
Assessment Phase
- Data Assessment
Evaluate current data infrastructure, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop a strategy for leveraging data as a strategic asset to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Cybersecurity Risk Assessment
Identify and prioritize potential risks, and outline recommended actions to strengthen security, reduce vulnerabilities, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- AI Use Case Identification & Readiness Assessment
Identify where AI can add value based on your data assessment and determine your organization’s readiness to adopt and implement AI solutions.
Eligible businesses can receive up to 75% of assessment costs covered, to a maximum of $37,500.
Implementation Phase
Once the assessment is complete and approved by TechImpact, businesses may proceed to implementation. A new SOW will be developed to outline how the recommendations from the assessment will be put into action.
Projects must focus on implementing solutions in data management, AI, or cybersecurity, and must align with the outcomes of the Assessment Phase. Eligible businesses can receive up to 75% of implementation costs covered, to a maximum of $20,390.
