POV: Why Introhive is a Best Workplaces company for young professionals

In my previous work experiences, I practically lived out of messy, out of sort CRMs. I would spend days searching for and updating contact information, but could never truly capture all of the necessary information to have a reliable database. When I first learned about Introhive, I saw the value immediately. Introhive checked off all of the boxes and would erase the headache that all of that manual data entry was causing me. I was so hooked that I knew I had to be a part of it. I applied that day and haven’t looked back!

How it started



When I first started working here, I remember being really nervous about starting a new job and having a whole bunch of new coworkers. That feeling quickly vanished in my very first onboarding session. Unlike other places, I was not given stacks of paperwork and a binder to read out of, but I was welcomed to an interactive session that made me feel like I was already a contributing member of the team. I immediately knew I had made an amazing decision in joining this team!

Despite seeing a huge turn in growth since I first started, the overall culture at Introhive hasn’t wavered a bit. If anything, it has grown even stronger! Between weekly enablement sessions, diversity/inclusion training, social events, or even mixing in a quick game of ping pong before lunch, Introhive continues to ensure that all of their employees are supported and can thrive in a workplace that promotes their social, physical, and mental well-being.

Hands down, the best part about working here is the people and the culture. This was evident from day one as my calendar quickly filled with invitations from my new colleagues looking to welcome their newest team member and provide support. From Day 1 of the onboarding process right up to today, I have never been a part of such a supportive workplace. No matter the issue, there is always someone willing to lend a helping hand and ensure that you’re in a position for success.

How it’s going

To ensure that we feel valued at work, we are given every opportunity to contribute to our team and show our creative side within our role regardless of our level of experience or seniority. We are celebrated for showing our creativity and are encouraged to collaborate with our teammates to find best practices that fall into our framework that showcases said creativity. We are always asked to share our opinions and ideas with our team and feel comfortable bringing our ideas to Leadership. Introhive really has made me feel like a valued member of this company since my very first day.
