Rather than functioning as a traditional job board, the platform researches, filters, and categorizes thousands of job postings, highlighting PR-eligible opportunities, designated employers, and occupations that may support immigration goals.

Founded by immigrant entrepreneur Maricel "Rice" Alcantara, QuestJobs was inspired by her own decade-long journey to Canada. After years of navigating the immigration process herself, Rice created the platform to help others save time, make informed decisions, and pursue employment opportunities with greater confidence. Built by immigrants, for immigrants, QuestJobs combines data-driven insights with AI-powered career guidance to connect users with meaningful opportunities and clearer pathways to building a future in Canada.
