PriorityPilot is a Planning and Commitment Management (PCM) platform built for non-profit organizations that need to turn strategy into action without overwhelming their teams. PriorityPilot supports leaders who are balancing ambitious missions with limited capacity, complex stakeholder expectations, and constant change.
The platform combines a structured planning and governance approach with a straightforward, technology-enabled dashboard that brings priorities, commitments, capacity, and risk into one place. This gives non-profit teams a shared, real-time view of what is moving forward, where constraints are emerging, and what may be at risk. By connecting strategic goals to day-to-day commitments, PriorityPilot helps organizations improve follow-through, reduce reactive work, and make better decisions as conditions evolve.
PriorityPilot was co-founded by Glen Hicks, whose background includes more than 30 years in senior technology and leadership roles. His experience includes CIO and IT strategy positions with organizations such as Bell, Aliant, and NBTel. Glen has served on many volunteer boards and has served a variety of executive clients in an advisory capacity.
That blend of deep technical experience and non-profit insight led to the creation of a SaaS platform that is disciplined, realistic, and built for real-world constraints. Glen is also the co-founder of Entrepreneurs Who Care and the author of Rewired Not Retired: Embrace Life as a Digital Independent.
Co-Founder and CTO Adrian Nadeau, has 25 years of hands-on senior software development experience at various corporations and startups. He is a dedicated mentor, coach, and community volunteer. Adrian also developed Gratitude Today to assist with mental health concerns in today's world.
At its core, PriorityPilot helps non-profits align strategy, capacity, compliance, and commitments around the impact they want to achieve, using technology as a support for people, not a source of added complexity or stress.
