Chief Operating Officer James Finch joined Eigen in 2020 after more than a decade working across North America in the automotive industry. He oversees daily operations and works closely with teams across research and development, product development, engineering, and customer support. His role focuses on ensuring strong collaboration across the organization while supporting scalable product development and accelerating adoption of Eigen’s thermal inspection solutions.
