Venn Innovation, in partnership with ACOA and the Atlantic Provinces, have partnered with Fintech Meetup that is taking place March 22-24, 2022.  Fintech Meetup has been designed as a fully virtual, meetings only event providing connection among industry professionals across a wide range of organizations, job functions, and segments.  The breadth of the segments that attend this meetings-only event can be found here.

Organizations participating in this event range from retail banks, to insurance companies, wealth management firms, professional services firms among many others. Solutions represented at this event include:

This event attracts approximately 3000 industry professionals and, on average, participants receive 8-12 (up to 24) double opt-in 15-minute speed date meetings.  In addition, through the program we are offering, companies can access 5 hosted meetings with credit unions and small banks (<$100B in assets) as well as merchants and retailers, and appear as a “bronze-level” partner in the event. 

We are limited to 10 companies participating in the hosted meeting portion of the program. As the hosted meeting portion of this event fills quickly, please let us know as soon as possible whether you are interested in participating. The hosted meetings are in addition to what is available through the regular double opt-in meetings, for which we also can also offer a special rate on tickets for qualifying companies. 

We are currently accepting applications for this program which includes:

  •  1 event ticket (Current value $845 USD)
  •  5 hosted meetings ($350 USD/meeting)
  •  8-12 double opt-in meetings
  •  Bronze-level partnership ($$)
  •  Event preparation support
  •  Additional tickets for your team at a discounted rate

PARTICIPATION FEES:

The participation fee is $1000 CAD for companies participating in the virtual meetup plus hosted meetings portion of the event and is payable by companies once they are notified of their selection for the mission. For those who would like to participate in the regular meeting component only, tickets are $395 USD.  The total value is in excess of $2600 USD ($3300 CAD)

APPLICATION DEADLINE:

The deadline for applications to participate at Fintech Meetup is Friday, January 7, 2022.

If your application is accepted you will be provided a link to pay registration. 

EXIT SURVEY:

Participants will be provided an exit survey to capture results after Fintech Meetup and will be required to complete and return this survey within 7 days of receipt.
