As its customer base continued to grow across multiple time zones, ClairiTech sought new ways to maintain consistent, high-quality service around the clock. To accelerate this effort, the company joined the Digital Boost 3.0 program, a provincial initiative supporting digital transformation and AI adoption for New Brunswick businesses.
Through the program, ClairiTech partnered with Babin Després Consultants, a local business and technology consulting firm. Together, they implemented AI-driven customer service tools, including a 24/7 self-service chatbot, and developed software capable of identifying replacement-part needs and recurring installer issues. These solutions are helping customer service agents work more efficiently, shorten onboarding, and provide faster, more accurate support.
