Accessibility & Inclusive Employer Training Opportunities
CollabHub
As New Brunswick enters a new 2025–2030 strategic phase on accessibility, employers are encouraged to strengthen inclusive practices and prepare for long-term compliance with accessibility legislation. Employers can access a free introductory toolkit and training through the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW), designed to help organizations build confidence in inclusive employment practices for persons with disabilities and other underrepresented groups.
The CCRW Disability Confidence Toolkit provides practical, employer-focused resources to support accessibility awareness and inclusive workplace practices. This training supports alignment with federal accessibility requirements, helping employers prepare for future compliance standards. For organizations seeking deeper support, additional compliance-focused training is available upon request, including the opportunity to earn a recognized Inclusive Employer Badge (approximately 3 hours).
Employers interested in accessing the toolkit or learning more about the training options can contact Andrew Cosman, Career Talent Consultant, at acosman@ccrw.org or 506-631-8035 for more information.
