TechImpact and CollabHub to Attend Summit in Miramichi.

We are excited to participate in JEDI's (Joint Economic Development Initiative) Indigenous Workforce summit happening Wednesday the 16th and Thursday the 17th on the banks of the Mighty Miramichi.

The conference has nearly two full days of speakers and experts leading discussions on ways to include reconciliation in the workplace, to help Indigenous peoples fully participate in the Canadian economy and much more. Unfortunately, spacesunately, spaces are limited; however, if you are interested in attending, you can reserve a spot today using this link to the Eventbrite Page.

Sandenn Killoran (CollabHub Program Manager) and Cathy Simpson, CEO of TechImpact, will be participating in the summit. "I am excited to learn about the different strategies around inclusion and partnership businesses within New Brunswick can use to give themselves a competitive edge," said Killoran. "The Indigenous peoples of Canada represent the youngest demographics in the country, and given the workforce shortages, especially in the New Brunswick Tech Sector, companies need to be working to develop inclusive policies that recognize the value of working with First Nations communities and professionals."
