Calling all undergraduate women+ in CS and other faculties! If you have an interest in exploring cybersecurity as a potential career, don't miss this opportunity. The Women+ in Cybersecurity program, offered by ICTC-CTIC, Microsoft, and UNB's McKenna Institute, is beginning its second year at UNB after a successful pilot year.
Program Highlights:
- Year 1 saw four CS students complete online Microsoft securities training, including cloud and AI.
- Participants attended incredible learning events and secured co-op work-terms with Énergie NB Power, Bulletproof, a GLI Company, and VeroSource Solutions.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a registered post-secondary student
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada according to relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations
- Not yet graduated but can have completed all your program requirements
- Note: International students are not eligible
